I’m siding with the over for Wednesday’s game. The Guardians are really seeing the ball well at the plate and are among the best in baseball at finding ways to manufacture runs. They’ll face Kyle Muller, who had a good start in his first appearance this season, but he posted a 6.50 ERA in spring training and an 8.03 ERA in 2022. Hunter Gaddis hasn’t exactly figured it out at the big league level yet, either. In his three MLB games, his ERA is 15.55. The Athletics haven’t been great at the plate this season, but they busted out 14 hits and 11 runs on Monday. If they can continue to produce, the Guardians are hot enough right now that these teams will exceed this over/under total.
